Acceptance of terms

We provide photography and related services. Booking, scheduling, price quotes, deliverables, usage and licensing of images, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the specific terms provided at the time of booking. You agree to provide accurate information for bookings and cooperate in a timely manner to enable service delivery.

User obligations and restrictions

• You will not use our services for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with any systems or data belonging to us or other users.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property, including our trademarks, service marks, and workflow processes. For images and deliverables created for you, licensing and ownership terms will be set out in the relevant agreement or invoice. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to provide any content to us and to grant the licenses required to perform the services.

Payments and refunds

Fees, payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund policies are specified at the time of booking or in an invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy provided when the service was purchased.
